This organization implemented its first pilot project in El Alto September 2007. Currently, a second project in El Alto is taking place, and there are plans for another project to open in Santa Cruz in January 2008.
On March 30, 2006, a clandestine textile factory in the Caballito neighborhood of the city of Buenos Aires, Argentina caught fire leaving 6 Bolivian immigrants dead, including 5 minors.
