Voces Bolivianas es una organización sin fines de lucro cuyo principal objetivo es enseñar el uso de las herramientas de Internet de web 2.0 (blogs, fotos digitales, vídeo y audio) a Bolivianos y Bolivianas de grupos menos representados en línea.

This organization implemented its first pilot project in El Alto September 2007. Currently, a second project in El Alto is taking place, and there are plans for another project to open in Santa Cruz in January 2008.

On March 30, 2006, a clandestine textile factory in the Caballito neighborhood of the city of Buenos Aires, Argentina caught fire leaving 6 Bolivian immigrants dead, including 5 minors. A group of Bolivian immigrants are using the web to honor the victims and to seek justice. Un grupo de inmigrantes bolivianos están utilizando la web para honrar a las víctimas y buscar justicia.
